Sebastián Molina joined the Firm in 2008, focusing his practice on matters relating to trademarks, copyrights and domain names. He graduated from University of Chile Law School with maximum distinction, and is the author of the thesis "The Making Available Right."

Before joining Alessandri & Compañía, he worked at the Center for Studies and Legal Services for Intellectual Property (CESPI) and has participated as an assistant in the preparation of intellectual property postgraduate programs.
