Loreto Bresky has specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property counseling, with an extensive experience in trademark, advertising law, unfair competition, free competition, and licensing matters. She has successfully defended the interests of important clients before antitrust agencies.

She practices in the Intellectual Property Area, particularly in Trademark and Industrial Property Litigation cases.

Before joining Alessandri & Compañía she worked twelve years with the Albagli Zaliasnik Law Firm, where she headed the Intellectual Property Department as a partner of the practice area and a specialist in trademarks, patents of invention, free competition, and unfair trade practices.

She is a member of the Chilean Industrial Property Association (ACHIPI), the Interamerican Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI), and the Chilean Bar Association.
