Master of Laws in International Law (LL.M.int.) -Investments, Trade and Arbitration - University of Heidelberg and the University of Chile, 2011, she graduated with maximum distinction with her thesis "The New Exceptions to Copyright and Related Rights in Chile and its precedents in Comparative Law" . She studied two diplomas at Universidad de Chile: "Intellectual Property and New Technologies" and "Juvenile Criminal Responsibility", in 2007 and 2008.
Before joining Alessandri & Company, she worked at Dellafiori Studio, where she also specialized in Intellectual Property and Trademark Law, handling matters referred to trademarks, domain names, copyright and unfair competition.
Javiera Badilla is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
