Felipe Schuster

- Intellectual Property University Carlos III of Madrid, Master in Intellectual Property, 2004 Bachelor of Laws, University of Chile, 2005 Felipe Schuster has specialized in Copyrights and Industrial Property. He joined Alessandri & Compañía in 2005 and works in the Intellectual Property area, especially in matters related to Trademarks and Copyrights. Before joining Alessandri & Compañía, he worked at the Legal Department of Spain's General Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE).and before that at the Center of Studies and Legal Services of Intellectual Property (CESPI), in Santiago, Chile. As an Assistant of the University of Chile's Trade Law Department, he teaches Intellectual Property both to undergraduate and graduate students. Between the years 2003-2004, and after being granted a Scholarship from the Art and Law Fundation of Spain, he completed his Masters degree in Intellectual Property at the University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain. Mr. Schuster is the author of the undergraduate thesis titled "Protección Acumulada de Objetos Protegidos en el Ámbito de la Propiedad Intelectual" (2005). Mr. Schuster is member of the Inter-American Copyright Institute (IIDA), the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Association of Industrial Property (ACHIPI) and the Network of Young Leaders selected by El Mercurio and the Adolfo Ibañez University.
