Carolina joined Alessandri & Compañía's corporate area in 2011 and her current field of work is mainly advising clients in Real Estate and Urban Law matters. She acquired extensive experience in her practice as a Lawyer at the Departments of Property, Commerce, Industrial Pledges and Water Rights of the Real Estate Registrar of Santiago for a period of 13 years. She also worked as an Independent Counsel for Amro Bank during five years, being in charge of researching real estate titles, drafting public deeds, as well as researching and drafting company reports, corporate contracts, partnership agreements, setting up guarantees and foreign agencies. She also participated in the process of drafting and negotiation of terms and conditions of credit contracts, restructuring liabilities, commercial guarantees, promissory notes and letters of credit.
