Litigation and other forms of dispute
solution arise as a substantial part of the firm’s practice. Our
lawyers represent clients in court, both in lawsuits and appeals, and
also in bankruptcy, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
We act as litigation counsel for small, medium and large businesses and
individuals and we represent them in the use of constitutional remedies
to protect their rights. Many of our litigators serve as arbitrators or
are members of arbitration and mediation committees. Alessandri &
Compañía has played an active role in the creation of an
arbitration center sponsored by the Chilean - American Chamber of Commerce.
