Our expertise in this area has allowed us to specialize in the representation of mutual funds and in the registration applications for sale to institutional investors, particularly pension funds. We also advise domestic and foreign brokers and securities dealers in their day to day transactions. One of the strengths of Alessandri & Compañía is that it provides a range of legal services to domestic and foreign insurance companies, both life and P&L (property and loss).
